LA-born Chef Ray Garcia, who was Esquire's 2016 chef of the year, serves inventive tacos and bolsas (snacks) at the counter lunchtime and family-style nightly specials. Check out the weekday happy hour 5:30 to 7 pm. Garcia tacks 3 percent on the bill to help cover employe health insurance, but you can ask to have it removed. You can also find B.S.
