Lesbian-owned The Must on a small side street downtown has an extensive wine selection, a southern-inspired menu that changes seasonally, a Sunday brunch and a chic decor. Food is locally sourced and organic with dishes like an eggplant burger, smoked brisket and hominy stew and fried chicken with biscuits. The wine bar/bistro also has cheese and charcuterie platters and luscious desserts. Sunday is all-day game day with a choice of board and card games. Happy hour: Tuesday - Friday 4 pm - 7 pm, weekends 3 pm to 7 pm.
