The Los Angeles-born Umami Burger brand took up residence in the Hudson Hotel in the summer of 2017 in a lofty space accented with exposed brick, dark woods and street style art. Open from breakfast to late, on the order-from-the-window menu are breakfast sandwiches, gourmet burgers, greens, shareable bar bites, cocktails and Coolhaus ice cream sandwiches. Bar open long after the kitchen.
