The energy at Napi's usually runs high, fueled by its friendly, playful owners Napi and Helen, who have decorated the dining room with a perplexing mixture of carousel animals, tourist memorabilia, stained glass and various tchotchkes. The menu is nominally Mediterranean, but you might have Brazilian shrimp in a garlic butter sauce one day and Russian oysters with caviar the next. Despite the clutter, the dining room is a warm, inviting place to spend some time, and service always comes with a smile.
