The New American tapas served at Victor's quickly found a following among the food-obsessed in Provincetown, with dishes like braised short ribs in port wine sauce, lobster spring rolls and barbecue oysters drawing rave reviews. The daily raw bar happy hour also draws a crowd to the light and airy dining room that encourages lingering. Every Sunday Memorial Day through Labor Day, Victor's hosts a fabulous drag brunch. Closed January through March.
