A symphony of farm-to-table and foraged ingredients, Chef Jason Fox has created some of the most imaginative dining in the area; no small feat in a city like San Francisco. Inside a converted warehouse space on a somewhat grungy street in the Mission you'll be treated to a New American menu that is fresh, seasonal, and inventive, like clams dressed in chicken fat with charred leek vinaigrette and pistachio crumble or crispy okra with trout roe and corn pudding. You'd be wise to order the tasting menu for $75.00, but there are also a la carte options available. Open Sat-Thurs 5:30 p.m. - 10 p.m., Fri 5:30 p.m. - 11 p.m.
