This casual Capitol Hill burger joint is run by Spike Mendelsohn of Top Chef fame.  It's a farmhouse-style setting, and the line to order from the cashier can sometime be long, but the cheeseburger with fried onions and bacon is one of the best in the city, and the milkshakes-try the Red Velvet-are thick and creamy.  It's child-friendly but also serves beer on tap for the parents, and the meat, including the delicious bacon, is locally sourced.
