With 10 individually designed suites in a colonial building, the Hullett House is the antithesis to all the glittering towers of today's Hong Kong. Originally the Marine Police Headquarters, it has five restaurants and two bars. Mariners' Rest was a hangout for police and seaman for some 100 years and now serves British pub food and beer on tap. The former stables is now the Stables Grill. Drop in for afternoon tea in The Parlor even if you are not a hotel guest. A shopping arcade is attached.
