Despite its rather literal name, NG Meat Bar approaches its specialty with sophistication and grace. The cuts of steak here are world-class, prepared with a knowledgeable hand, and simply served with potatoes and your choice of red wine. The dessert menu is equally good and the service is impeccable - unfortunately somewhat of a rarity in Israel. Those who aren't looking for anything fancy should try the hamburger; it's outstanding.
