The kitchen at Oasis is run by Chef Rima Olivera, who has over 30 years experience in the culinary arts. Like many of the fine dining restaurants in Tel Aviv the menu changes based on the availability of seasonal ingredients, and Chef Olivera combines them in unique ways that marry the traditional with the contemporary. Previous highlights from the menu include a zucchini salad with truffle oil, and sea bream with shallots, lemongrass and caramel. Do your best to get a table close to the open kitchen, where you can watch the chef in action.
