Deep in the Saint Ouen flea market at the entrance of the Paul Bert & Serpette Antique Markets, designer Philippe Starke turned a warehouse into a chic two-story eatery serving traditional French fare. Downstairs is more industrial, filled with tables and the open kitchen. Upstairs with book shelves and a fireplace has the cozier feeling of a salon. Weekdays, lunch and dinner, there are menus of€26 and €31. No reservations are taken on weekends.
