"Bacardi" brings to mind the rum company founded in Cuba in 1862 and now the largest privately held, family-owned spirits company in the world, so what's a Barcardi museum doing in Sitges? A 45-minute tour through a charming exhibit reveals the answer: Bacardi's founder came from Sitges. Tours are scheduled only on weekends and include one in English. They end with learning how to mix (and then drink) a mojito or Cuba libre. Fridays from 6 pm to 8 pm a workshop in cocktail making is also offered.
