At the Canopy Tower, the eco-lodge housed in a former US radar station on Semaphore Hill in the Soberania National Forest, rooms are identified not by floor but by where they are situated in the forest canopy. Most basic accommodations are the single rooms and the Harpy Eagle Suite at mid-canopy. The Canopy Rooms and the Blue Cotinga Suite are at the canopy level. Bathrooms generally shared. Often booked months in advance, rooms may sometimes be snagged at the last minute by birders, non-birders, photographers and butterfly and nature enthusiasts.

Amenities: Rustic but comfortable. No AC but always a breeze.
