A classic Cantonese restaurant in Chinatown, the dining room at Great Eastern is guaranteed to be crowded with both local celebrities and off-shift workers from nearby hotels.  Dim sum--served until 3 p.m.--is the main draw here, but don't overlook the fresh seafood, plucked from big tanks in the corner and cooked to order. The kitchen doesn't close until 11 p.m., so it's also a reliable spot for late-night eats. 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week.
