Built with sustainably grown wood and recycled materials, the Orchard Garden Hotel in the Financial District is eco-friendly and affordable. Rooms are decorated in pale natural colors with Egyptian cotton linens, and are cleaned with chemical-free green products. Bathrooms are spacious--but be aware that the conservation efforts mean the water pressure leaves a little to be desired. A sunny roof-deck and complimentary fruit-infused water make the common areas pleasant.
