The Union is a speakeasy, meaning you may have to spend a little time on the street searching for it, but once you find the unmarked black door with the gold doorbell, you'll know you're in the right place. It's not the friendliest of bars, but the service is exceptional and the cocktails - though eye-wateringly expensive - are phenomenal. The crowd here is mostly media-types, so expect a lot of ironic thick-framed glasses.
