Local entrepreneur Claus Meyer is something of a foodie hero in Copenhagen. One of the minds behind Noma, he also runs a chain of highly successful bakeries. At his eponymous cafe-deli in Frederiksberg customers can eat-in or take-out, and the menu has a large number of healthy heat-and-eat options perfect for the busy yuppie types that flock here.
