Pizzeria Mother has been serving organic Neapolitan-style pies to ravenous crowds in Kodbyen for a few years now, and has become a staple of the neighborhood. Despite the comforting name, the space is sexy and spare, with concrete floors and industrial tiles. There's almost always a wait for a table here - reservations are only taken up to 8 pm - but you'll find plenty to enjoy at the bar while you browse the menu.
