The old school Lago Mar Resort - on a secluded 10 acres (nearly 170 ha) with its own 500-foot (154 m) beach - has been family owned for more than a half century. It features two outdoor pools, four tennis courts, miniature golf, pingpong and a playground. Furnishings are Tommy Bahama inspired.
