Kwun Tong is on old industrial neighborhood that's finding new life as an edgy cultural neighborhood with art galleries, indie-music, stylish new restaurants, coffeehouses and a flea market. It even has its own art and music festivals, but office towers are also moving in, pushing up rents and pushing urban pioneers out. Hidden Agenda, an avant-garde music venue, has had to move several times because of rising rents and conflicting zoning. You can get there by ferry from North Point or by MTR.
