There are 15 different types of apartments, from airy lofts to one-room studios, all with private entrances, Wi-Fi, and slick white kitchens. The space used to be a sort of free-for-all creative commune, where artsy types would throw underground parties, and this spirit lives on in the common areas, where you may stumble on a pop-up design store, live music session, or fashion show.
