Spanish chef Manolo Modueño offers a different prix-fixe menu of 10 to 12 tapas every day in a restored colonial mansion in Casco Viejo. The only choice the diner has to make is what to drink. The restaurant's whitewashed walls make an ideal backdrop for the modern art collection and an eclectic shrine to the Virgin Mary. Lunch is served daily except Saturday from noon to 3 p.m., dinner daily from 6:30 - 10 pm. Reservations essential.
