You'll find no frills at this seafood restaurant on a balcony above the city's vibrant fish market, but the fish couldn't be fresher and the beer is cold. Try the sea bass with patacones, the seafood stew or ceviche. You can also pick up a plastic cup of ceviche in the market below or relax in one of the open-air bars near the dock.
